How to get to Castlehill Baptist Church

By Car:-

Bearsden lies to the north-west of Glasgow. The 2 main routes from Glasgow to Bearsden are Maryhill Rd (A81) which runs from St Georges Cross (near to junction No. 17 of the M8) to Canniesburn Toll, and Bearsden Road  (A809) which runs from Anniesland Cross to Canniesburn toll. From Canniesburn Toll, continue along Drymen Rd (A809), passing Bearsden Cross then continuing onto Duntocher Rd (A810). Turn left at the traffic lights into Nithsdale Crescent, and right into Rosslyn Road. Follow the road round to Castlehill school. Journey times form the city centre by car is about 25-30 minutes off peak.

To travel to Bearsden from the west, pass through Clydebank, & Hardgate on Glasgow Road (A810). Continue to boundary with Bearsden, turn first right into Antonine Road. Continue down Antonine Road to Rosslyn Road, turn right and the school is on the left.

There are plenty of car parking spaces at the school.

Buses:

A couple of companies operate bus services between Bearsden and Glasgow.

Trains:     

Bearsden station is the closest station to Castlehill, and is on the Westerton to Milngavie line. Rail services are provided by First Scotrail,  During the day there are 4 trains per hour from Glasgow Queen St & Glasgow Central.
